JOB POSITION: 1

QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST

Ensure compliance of mfg & testing activities w/respect to SOPs, cGMP reqmts, FDA & ICH guidelines. Perform review of mfg records and quality control data. Execute Quality Systems procedures (auditing, change control, corrective and preventive actions, deviations and investigations). Perform internal audits and external audits for Vendor Qualification Program. Provide quality oversight for Employee Training Program.


Work Location: Westminster, MD


JOB POSITION: 2

Chemists:

Perform testing of API, intermediate for stability and release testing in a cGMP environment.

Develop and validate analytical methods for Assay, Dissolution related substances using HPLC, UV-VIS, GC, Karl Fisher.

Handle titrations and other wet chemistry techniques following compendial monographs.

Prepare protocols for equipment qualification and execution of qualification tests.

Perform instrument calibrations on Balances, UV-VIS and maintain all laboratory equipment.

Assist in writing and finalizing LIRs and OOS reports.

Assist in responding to FDA for regulatory submissions.

Assist in drafting and revising SOPs.
